ETIQUETTE:
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you are on the table at your scheduled start time. Your service may be shortened to ensure that the client following you will not be inconvenienced if you are late.

HEALTH:
Be sure that you communicate any health concerns or special needs, and your expectations prior to your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure that everyone receives the highest level of care, we expect you to keep your appointments. We understand that it is reasonable to have a need to cancel or reschedule at times. If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment more than once, you may be asked to prepay for future services at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse future services if you miss more than two appointments without calling.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Returns not accepted. Product exchanges for defective products only, and must be made within 15 days of your purchase. Consultations are complimentary; be sure you have a thorough consultation with the esthetician prior to purchasing any skin care products.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks..
